Piedmont Wildlife Center’s programs explore natural history, survival skills, and aboriginal studies, with a focus on the Piedmont area. These weekend programs are adult-oriented but we welcome people of all ages who have a deep interest in learning.

In this group the emphasis will be on exploring and studying the landscape. We will observe plant and animal signs, edible and medicinal plants, animal habits, and animal and human tracking. The pace will be slow to moderate. We will study each area, noting wildlife travel lanes, eating habits and dominant plants.
